Also on the agenda:

• Kent Lewis of Email ROI, who will talk about the power of email as a marketing tool, how to target email campaigns and track results.
• An executive track featuring Sonja Steves, Legacy Health System Vice President, and Julie Manning, Samaritan Health Services Vice President, who will address developing core competencies for your public relations and marketing efforts. This management-level conversation will look at the strategic thinking behind what mechanisms you put in place in your facility.
• A session with writer and speaker Janna Mock Lopez of Media Write on creating targeted, clear messages in your writing. She’ll focus on how to capitalize on your precious time to get the most in return for your writing efforts.
